MY STORY
I didn’t come to wellness because it was trendy — I came to it because I needed it. Years of pushing my body too hard, under-fueling, and ignoring what it was asking for eventually caught up with me. Motherhood shifted everything. I began craving simplicity, transparency, and products that actually supported my body instead of working against it. Wellness stopped being about perfection and started becoming about alignment.
Discovering olive-based, hydroxytyrosol-rich wellness felt like coming home. One powerful ingredient, thoughtfully used, supporting the body from the inside out — for skin, internal routines, and even our animals. What I share now isn’t about doing more, but about doing better. Less noise. More intention. This is the foundation of my brand, and why I believe real wellness should feel sustainable, rooted in nature, and accessible for everyday life.
